Staying fit at Kgalagadi

Dancer's pose
A magical place to do Yoga is on the red Kalahari sand dunes in the early morning with sunrise. Kgalagadi Lodge provides the perfect setting and is located 5km before the entrance to Twee Rivieren. Besides Yoga on the dunes one can go for a run, walk or bike on the open tar road.

Staying fit at Nossob

Running at Nossob
Another great opportunity to stay fit when staying at Nossob, Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park is running or walking around the perimeter fence of the camp. A total of 1.8km. You never know what to expect on the other side of the fence.

Staying fit at Mata Mata

Running at Mata Mata
It's usually a challenge to stay fit when away from home, especially in a wildlife reserve. At Mata Mata one can turn it into an opportunity by running/walking along the perimeter fence of the camp, a total of 2km. You might need to do a couple of laps if you are used to longer distances. Chances are, you'll also see interesting birds and mammals.
