Marabou Stork

Marabou Stork
The Marabou Stork is a large bird with a bald head and a pink gular sac at its throat. The Marabou flies with it neck pulled in by the shoulders, unlike other storks. They can be found in small groups and also large swarms and mix with vultures at carcasses and garbage dumps. Become 152cm and weigh around 9kg.  (Maraboe - Leptoptilos crumeniferus)
