Helmeted Guineafowl

Guineafowl
The Helmeted Guineafowl is a large bird of 53–58cm. They weigh around 1.3 kg. The body plumage is gray-black spangled with white spots. It's head is blue and red. They eat a variety of animal and plant food like fruit, greens, spiders, insects, seeds, snails, worms and frogs, lizards, small snakes and small mammals. (Tarentaal - Numida meleagris)
